Jeremy Brown, LCPC

My name is Jeremy Brown and I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in life transitions, relationships, anxiety, ADHD, mindfulness and men’s issues.

Sometimes we reach a point where life isn’t going the way we want it to, or we just don’t feel the way we should. This can look like:

    • Feeling paralyzed around making decisions

    • Not opening up to others or saying what we really mean

    • Not sleeping well or having trouble getting out of bed

    • Feeling anxious or panicky while in between jobs

    • Facing sadness in the wake up a breakup or death

    • Struggling to keep your attention on something at work or school

    • Trying to make sense of a new mental health diagnosis or medication

    • Feeling disengaged from your life

For any of these scenarios, counseling can be a healthy and effective way to understand what you are feeling and how to feel better.

In our sessions, you’ll probably be asked questions you didn’t think to ask yourself. And you’ll be given space and encouragement to explore possibilities you had not considered before. When appropriate, you’ll be taught skills and techniques that can help quiet those loud thoughts, or keep you better organized when distraction pulls you away.
